Commercial businesses, educational institutions, religious organizations, charities, government agencies, corporations and the like all constitute as non-residential clients for the SWMC. Due to our limited resources, daily curbside collection is not possible. So, any waste produced by these entities is the responsibility of the property management; however, we offer metal bin rentals for easy waste disposal. It’s also easy to order them online too.
